About me

hello!

For something that plays such a central role in our lives, sexuality can feel surprisingly difficult to understand.

Many people find themselves feeling unsure about desire, disconnected from their bodies, or questioning whether what they’re experiencing is “normal”—often without ever having been given the tools to make sense of it.

I’m Eleanor (she/her), a sexologist and counsellor.

I support people of all genders navigating sexuality, relationships, and the complexities that can come with both—whether that’s working through challenges, building confidence, or simply wanting a better understanding of yourself.

Qualifications

  • Master of Sexology (Curtin University)

  • Diploma of Counselling (Institute of Applied Psychology)

  • Bachelor of Design (Whitehouse Institute of Design)

  • Member: Society of Australian Sexologists

  • Member: Australian Counselling Association

My approach

My approach is collaborative, non-judgmental, and grounded in understanding rather than fixing.

I draw on the biopsychosocial model, recognising that sexuality is shaped by many parts of our lives—our bodies, our thoughts, our relationships, and the environments we move through.

I take a pleasure-inclusive approach, creating a space that feels informed, supportive, and tailored to you, where you can develop a relationship with your sexuality that feels more connected and your own.
